Bidra med feedbackI'm a big fan of tripple d, so that was a bit on my Todo list. the food was delicious. drinks were well poured. the atmosphere was great! my children loved every moment. the arcade was fun and something for everyone. the journey worth it.
Our table reservation was pointless. We requested a table with chairs, but were seated at a high table and had to wait for a new table. The server was friendly. The food was delicious, but how could they be out of one of their signature dishes? For a new restaurant, it was surprising to see the tables scratched and chairs worn. Overall, it was a fun experience and I would consider going again.
I enjoy all of Guy Fieri's TV shows, but dining at this restaurant was too pricey for fast food.
The service at this restaurant was okay, nothing impressive. It's hard to find good help these days so having a competent server is good enough. However, the food was a letdown. My burger was average, my kids' meals were decent, but my wife's sandwich was barely edible. The bread was extremely hard on top and soggy on the bottom. The fries on all the meals were overcooked, which is not a good sign. One would expect a restaurant with Guy Fieri's name on it to have better quality food, but that was not the case here. I would not recommend this place and I will not be returning.
Great atmosphere, great staff, well trained. The two biggest concerns was the availability of items off the menu and the time it took to get our food. I did my research ahead so I was prepared to get the Nashville Chicken and Waffles, the one item that was at the top of the menu. The waitress told us that none of the waffle items on the menu were available. Disappointment. I was okay ordering a second choice. No big deal. The waitress, who was a real sweetheart took our order. Simple, pasta dish, my wife had the flatbread pizza. It took over an hour and 10 minutes before our food was ready. Other customers had similar problems, some got there food in less than 15 minutes. I hope that it's just a new restaurant working the bugs out in a post-pandemic world. I'm an admirer of Guy and what he's done for the restaurant industry, especially the small shops. I'll eventually be coming back.
