Funnel Cake Factory - Pigeon Forge

I stopped by to see if they were open, but their phone was disconnected, so we thought they were out of business. However, they were still operating. The funnel cake was amazing - not too sweet with delicious strawberry sauce and creamy ice cream. The woman who made it was friendly and it was a great experience until we met the owner. After eating in our car, I went to the trash bin to throw away the box the funnel cake came in. I was confronted by an unpleasant old man in a funnel cake factory t-shirt who blew cigarette smoke in my face. He refused to let me throw the box in the bin, claiming he had to empty it every night and I should use another bin. I argued that since I got the box from his business, I should be allowed to use that trash bin. He insisted that I should have asked for a tray and continued to be rude. I told him he needed to learn how to treat people with respect. Despite the delicious funnel cake, the terrible customer service means I will not be returning.

The staff at the restaurant was very friendly and the food was excellent. Our children enjoyed the iced drinks and my wife and I shared a delicious pancake. The portions were generous, with a single serving being equivalent to a double serving at other places. Overall, the value for money was great.

My cousin recommended this restaurant and I'm so happy we went! The staff is friendly and the desserts are delicious! I had a funnel cake and my friend had ice cream, both were amazing. I highly recommend this place and I plan on coming here every time we visit this area!

Not all funnel cakes are the same. these are certainly a cut over the rest. add ice or toppings for an additional tasty bite. they are quite large, they can want to share that. they will not be disappointed.

This place is magical. I have never had such an amazing funnel cake!!! He has SO many types too, from red velvet, to apple, strawberry and more. Fairly priced! You can even get ice cream on it. They worked pretty fast too. I was a tourist, but man I wish we had an amazing place like this near my home. If you crave sweets or want to take the kids/family for dessert, you HABE to try this place! We wanted to go 1 more tim before leaving town but he didn't open till 12 so we missed it!!! Def 5+ stars!!
