KRYSTAL HAMBURGERS... DELICIOUS CHILI... it's always a fantastic experience, every single time. And in Pigeon Forge, what more could you ask for?

Got sent on a Krystal run for the house. At the time you were not able to go inside, so we had to go through the drive through. Ordered 25 burgers and 25 chick 's. They told me that it would be about 10-15 mins and they would bring them out, which I had no problem with. Parked out front and waited about 25mins later I had to go up to the door and bang on it to get there attention. Once someone came, I asked about my order and he said oh right . Went grabbed it and brought it to me. They were a tad busy most of the time, but would have given 5* if they hadn 't forgotten about me with a 50 item order.

There was a problem with the app, but the manager last night was EXCELLENT took a frustrating experience for a loyal customer changed it completely. After nearly an hour in the drive thru, I actually left a HAPPY loyal customer. She deserves the company's appreciation.
