Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Pikeville

The staff has a surprisingly good attitude for a fast food chain; however, the computers are outdated and slow. They get your food to you quickly, but then I end up waiting for the system to process the bill.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my son's birthday and struggled to find anyone who could create a Jason-themed cake. I reached out to Dairy Queen in Pikeville, KY, and I must say, the cake was stunning and exceeded my expectations. A huge thank you to Jen for her wonderful work! My son loved his birthday cake, and I will definitely be returning for more birthday cakes in the future.

I just want to express my heartfelt thanks for an incredible experience. I ordered an ice cream cake through DoorDash, hoping to make my boyfriend's birthday special since I'm from another state. Unfortunately, the cake I received was nothing like what I ordered, so I called the store. I quickly realized that the order had come from a different location. I felt bad for wasting their time, but Jennifer, the Cake Manager, truly went above and beyond to assist me. Despite my frustration, she was wonderfully understanding and helped me sort everything out. I am so grateful for her kindness and the excellent customer service I received. Thank you once again for being so wonderful!

Not much to say really. Late at night I guess employees get tired and cranky. But the food was ok.
