Chili's Grill - Pine Bluff

After 2 years of not eating here because the service was previously consistently lacking, I gave this Chili 's another shot. Boy, did they surprise me! I ordered my food through the app, and was happy to see that the prices hadn 't increased too much fromwhat I remembered. I ordered my food for Car Side Pickup. The young lady who brought my food out was so pleasant! The name on myreceipt says Shae , so I 'm assuming that 's her name. She came out of the building WITH A GENUINE SMILE, walking SWIFTLY to myvan! She was so polite that I will definitely return to this Chili 's! It was nice to feel like she valued me as a customer andlike she is truly HAPPY at her job. My food was exactly as I ordered and ready when I pulled up, even though my expected pickuptime was 6 minutes later. The food was hot and delicious! Thank you, Ms. Shae! You ROCK, ma 'am!!!

Our server was great. We just dropped in for their monthly margarita, Beach Party margarita as we were traveling through Pine Bluff. Our server that I missed her name was so friendly and got our drinks quickly. She knew we were just there for a drink anddidn't seem to be concerned we weren't ordering food She was attentive and great. Love the monthly margarita at Chili's

Great food, unconsistent service. I've often eaten at Chili and I'm always happy with my food. The loaded potatoes, the Texas Cheese Fries, the Southwest Mac Cheese, Quesadilla Explosion Salad, Southwestern Egg Rolls, their steaks, and the Chocolate Chip Paradise Pie, which does not appear in the online menu, are among my favorites. I also want to try the Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie, but if I'm there, I always go with the Chocolate Chip Paradise Pie. I went to Chili before and JUST ordered this! It's good. <br/ <br/ Unfortunately, I cannot give the same great rating for their service. Sometimes their service is good and sometimes GREAT! , but other times it is just completely PITIFUL. I have eaten in the restaurant and done to Go orders and service either way hit and miss. Two walking orders that really stand out in my memory went so: the youngest, I had to wait 40 minutes to get my food and another time, I called and put my order, waited for my work until my food was SUPPOSED to be ready to come to the restaurant and have to wait this full time again! I wondered if they just started my order until I get there. Both times I called my order before the time and tried to eat the food in my hour. It is not so funny to decorate your food because you have to take DRIVING time to and from Chili this hour! <br/ <br/ About all, the food is great, but do not try to eat here if you are in haste or impatient style!

Only got take out. My wife likes Cajun Chicken Alfredo. They are sometimes so busy or maybe it's because they are under staffed, there are times when you are parked, that you just have to just walk in and get your order off of the holding rack. I recognize the effect of covid-19. Staffing issues everywhere you look. Customer service is missing, in the majority of places that you go too, that's a big issue. Again my wife likes the Cajun Chicken Alfredo.

Male Server on our table was excellent. The service was slow with only 2 servers on the ground. The food was delicious, the pommes were something to cook for my taste. Hamburger was great!
