El Huarache Veloz - Pinellas Park

My favorite place for tacos!!! Carne asada , carnitas and al pastor are so yummy. I love the chips and salsa also and have gotten their 3 meat fajitas so good and big burritos . This is definitely more street style tacos and authentic mexican food , its always great service and great food .

Best tacos I've ever had, nothing I've had before comes close to these! Great value too for what you're getting, definitely recommend this place.

El Huarache Veloz is the REAL deal. If you are looking for AUTHENTIC Mexican food you have found it! There is a large variety of dishes to choose from and I struggled to pick a dish. I ended up ordering the 3 taco plate with rice and beans but I asked for all beans and my husband ordered a Guisado and was given the option of meat and either red or green sauce. I chose carnitas and cabeza for my tacos and my husband ordered the pork chops with the red sauce. My husband's dish was like his abuelita had cooked it for him and my tacos were perfectly seasoned and the rice and beans were on point. The restaurant is small and simply decorated but the food is a colorful explosion of flavors. Huarache Veloz will be our to go spot every time we visit St. Petersburg.
