Bidra med feedbackUsed to love eating here, but the experience has fallen into another food chain that does not care about the care of customers. sit down and wait 15min for a sandwich with 2 other customers, but 5 employees are around the conversation. accustomed to get eat 5 min or less now not even waiting. 6 employees in total 1 actually work well, which they do not actually try to extinguish a fire, we would have burned everything on the floor.
I had one of the worst experiences with drive-thru customer service ever. It felt like I was an inconvenience just for ordering two subs. It took eight minutes for the employee to even acknowledge us at the ordering box, and there were no other customers around at all. The person taking orders seemed to really dislike their job, and management should reevaluate who is representing their business because they just lost a customer for good. To top it off, there was a sign taped to the window saying that tips are not required but appreciated—seriously? There's no way I'm coming back.
This location used to be great, but my recent experience was disappointing. The customer service at the drive-thru was terrible. I won't be returning. Paying $27 for two subs is way too much, especially when I was treated poorly from beginning to end, and this was just a drive-thru experience. The employee wouldn’t even lean out of the window to hand me my drinks or food and had a sluggish attitude the whole time, as if I was bothering him just by placing my order (I didn’t even ask for anything extra!). Overall, the experience was uncomfortable, and I found it hard to enjoy the food that took 15 minutes to reach the window.
This Firehouse location is consistently the BEST we've ever been to. We go at least twice a week. My fiancé and I both have to be gluten free because of separate autoimmune disorders, and they go above and beyond to make sure nothing is contaminated, and we've never gotten sick, which is a rare blessing. The food is always fresh and amazing. The people are the most polite and professional in town, I swear. They know us by name and even memorized my favorite sandwich. They're so understanding and kind. They are absolutely wonderful people and we have a great experience, every single time. We appreciate them so much!
We had a salad and a Sub and they were delivered to our table. Nice service there
