Pizza Hut - Pinellas Park

I visited the Pinellas Park location and the only reason I'm giving it one star is because I can't give zero. My order was messed up, and the manager refused to make it right. I just wanted my order, which cost $40, to be correct, but instead, I ended up with the wrong meal. If I were the manager, I would have made it right. It's unfortunate for the business. I hope they take notice of this issue before it's too late.

Easy experience, 1. and last order. ordered the new edge flat bread pizza and 12 pieces wings. when the pizza arrived, it was a mess and cold looks like it was like a frisbee flown. wings, where terrible. I called and spoke to a female man who was pleasant, and apologized said we were not charged for the pizza. So we'd only pay $33 for 12 terrible wings. Okay, I'll take it. they were never refunded that they still accused us of this unpredictable food. it was literally unusable that we had chalked instead.

The staff is very friendly, the prices are excellent, and the pizza is great! It's an excellent choice!

The food was excellent when it finally arrived. I placed an online order for 5:45 PM, but it arrived an hour late. The manager apologized, saying that my order was marked for pickup, but I definitely did not request a pickup. I chose not to leave a tip. Next time, I suggest the staff double-check orders, especially when a tip is included; it clearly shouldn’t have been marked for pickup.

Y'all really know how to mess up someone's day. Not follow instructions, not giving proper order, I paid for additionals never got them, I even thought to myself maybe I should upgrade the crust to get cheese sticks instead of just bread. That's about $40 I wish I never spent with y'all. Not just one time but it's constant so I have no choice but to warn others about your poor performance.
