Bidra med feedbackOur waitress, Sondra, recognized us from our visit the previous evening and we specifically requested her for our second night. She remembered our orders from Friday, including our drinks, salad dressings, and how we liked our steak cooked. On Saturday, there was a minor issue with one of the steaks, but the restaurant quickly resolved it by removing it from our bill—no fuss, no excuses. It was clearly a kitchen error, not Sondra or the manager's fault. I just wish there was a location closer to home, like in Murfreesboro, TN!
I really can't comprehend all the negative feedback this restaurant is getting. It seems like some people are just echoing the opinions of others rather than sharing their own honest thoughts. Personally, I found nothing wrong with Lonestar. We were seated promptly and greeted with a friendly smile, and our food and drinks arrived extremely quickly! The inside was spotless; I can't fathom what that other reviewer meant when they called it dirty. The grilled chicken on my Caesar salad was perfectly cooked and well-seasoned. I wish more people would approach a business with an open mind and fresh perspective, forming their views based on their own experiences rather than previous negative reviews. There's truly nothing wrong with this place. I had a wonderful dinner here.
I absolutely love this place! I'm honestly baffled by the negative reviews. The staff really knows how to cook a steak! The service is fantastic—really friendly and professional waitstaff who are attentive and on top of everything. It’s definitely worth it, and I was happy to leave a good tip. It’s so nice to be able to write a positive review!
IGNORE all reviews written before August 2017, the franchise holder was different than its' current one. The restaurant has been spiffed up, staff is well trained, and food was very good. Steaks were tender and cooked as ordered, potato was hot and cooked through, salad was crisp and fresh. Nice dinner rolls with honey butter were served promptly, beverages were kept refilled. Yes, it is a chain, and you aren't going to find hand squeezed juices for your old fashioned or some frou frou dessert.... but what they do, they do well, and at a decent price. Which is why so many people eat a chain restaurant to begin with.
Worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Sat down by a window in the bar area and was bombarded by a row of ants crawling on the table. We moved to the bar and server asked why. After explaining why the manager said the meal would be on the house. When food came out it was cold, a leather fillet, cold sides and a horrible salad. This was for all 4 of us. This dying restaurant needs to close its doors
