Ristorante per palati esigenti. Anche se i prezzi sono mediamente elevati, se siete in cerca di nuovi sapori e sensazioni diversi dai soliti piatti, allora questo è il posto perfetto. La posizione è molto particolare, all'interno di una chiesa deconsacrata, per godere di una nuova esperienza nel silenzio mistico.

Due to the covid I missed my annual return to london south england with their many beautiful historical restaurants. I was very pleased to be invited to stilnovo near the magnificent pistoia domplatz. a really elegant discovery ideal for hot summer evenings in the hof, which is open to the sky and surrounded by medieval history: columns, arches and high stone walls. the food and weeping were served even better and showed in the preparation carefree and imaginative: combinations of colors and aromes, which one could hardly imagine - completely new interpretations of the classic and sometimes monotonous Italian favorites. what made the whole evening really extraordinary was the enthusiasm and attention to details served by the waiter and cook the many dishes and weep. I would recommend an experience here after a stressful and busy week of work. you come back refreshed, quiet and full of enthusiasm.. thanks for an unforgettable evening.

Ristorante ben curato in ogni dettaglio, servizio impeccabile e discreto. I piatti sono una piacevole sorpresa per il palato, con combinazioni di sapori sorprendenti. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente. Che meraviglia. Una coccola culinaria che si è conclusa con un gradito omaggio di benvenuto.
