I-tea Pittsburg

I always like I-tea, this is the only I-tea around this area. I was on the way to blueberry picking. Came at 11:30am, ordered 2 milk tea and one popcorn chicken. Waited 25min for the order to finish. Popcorn chicken is too dry, you can't taste much of the chicken.

Called in an order on the way. They confirmed order by text and stated they will text back when the order is ready. We got there and waited for the text. We understand they are short staffed these days like everyone else, but the never came. The last time orders took a while but this time it was too long so we went in an checked and wa-lah! the order has been waiting there and they mentioned for a while now. I asked how come you never texted but didn 't get a response and we just proceeded to pay, with most of the ice all melted already anyway.Oh, also, they messed up one of my orders. Labeled according to my order by what 's in the cup is different.It 's also not the first time.

This small shop offers amazing tea! I highly recommend the strawberry tea with boba, lychee, and pieces of strawberry.

I'm currently waiting for my drink, and while I wait, I've taken a few pictures. I must say, the place is very tidy and welcoming. I just received my drink—a taro milk tea—and wow, it tastes incredible! I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it is. It's sweet, but not overly so; just the right amount. The milk flavor is rich without being overwhelmed by the sweetness. Although I didn't have the chance to sit back and relax because I was in a rush, it looks like a lovely spot to unwind or take a break.

I had a blind date here, and it didn't go great, but the drink I ordered was fantastic! I had the Jade Lemon with extra lemon, and it was amazing—definitely the highlight of my visit. I'm now a regular! The only downside is that each i-Tea location seems to make their drinks a bit differently. So, I drive all the way from Brentwood to the one in San Leandro off East 14th Street, but it's absolutely worth it!
