I want to express my heartfelt thanks. You've consistently taken excellent care of my orders. I hope other restaurants can follow your example. The food is always outstanding as well.

The chicken sandwich had very little sauce, which was fine. My only complaint is that they don’t offer Dashpass, but the food is really excellent. I absolutely love their shrimp!

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo, but the fries were completely cold. The sandwich was just okay; it didn't taste freshly made. The Sprite was also lacking flavor.

I was so disappointed in the 5 piece chicken strip meal. First, it had only four strips. I had ordered ranch dipping sauce that was also left out. Hawiian Punch fountain drink was watered down. Overall I was very disappointed with the quality of the meal. There were a couple things that we enjoyed. The first is the strawberry biscuits. Wonderful! Also the chicken sandwich was prepared just right!

Popeyes is notorious for its poor customer service, but surprisingly, I received fantastic service on my visit this time!
