Round Table Pizza - Pittsburg

Went here recently after placing an order online. I picked up my pizza, but decided to look at it before I left the parking lot. And thank God I did, because it was wrong. Pizza was supposed to be a double play, but I added veggies to half and paid alot forit. So I took the pizza back, had to wait for them to remake it. First of all they should of offered something for theinconvenience of me having to wait, 2nd the pizza came out and was still wrong they didn't add all the veggies I paid for, againat this point my pizza should of been free or really disconnected. 3rd I got home served it up and it was way under cooked. Iended up putting it piece by piece in my air fryer. The staff was nice but again should of offered something, side of wings,some garlic bread a free personal pizza on a later visit. But all they said is we are really sorry. And being I wanted my pizzawithout it being messed with, I didn't demand anything but I should have once it was wrong the 2nd time. Bad customer serviceand being I live in the area and won't order again should be sign that they should reevaluate what they do when an order iswrong.

I had a hard time ordering online using my fav fan coupon for 15 minutes and I called and spoke to the store manager/supervisor. He was very helpful and nice and was able to get my order done for me. This is an example going above and beyond delivering great customer care and services.

Have been visiting this round table pizza for a couple decades and have never really had issues with any orders and the food is always consistent. Staff is always friendly even when busy.

There is almost zero cheese on my pizza. Just saucy pepperoni bread Edit: I emailed the email in the reply to this review and haven’t received anything back

Love this place and the folks that work there are very nice and helpful. They make the best pizza!
