Altius - Pittsburgh

I was grateful that when I made a birthday reservation and accidentally put the wrong number of diners, (apparently the system defaults to 2 and I forgot that), the restaurant pivoted and was generously able to accommodate our party. The buratta, gaspacho and foccacia were all excellent as were the filets. The halibut special, however, was over cooked and the broccolini was undercooked, but the view is excellent.

Wonderful views. Interesting dishes. A bit pricey but great for special occasions.

Everything was great . Amazing food . Enjoyed a firework show from our seats overlooking the point.

We visited from Chicago and found a 4:15 reservation at Altius and it did not disappoint! Not only is the view amazing but the service and food was out of this world! I highly recommend and will come back next time we are In Pittsburgh.

Outstanding dining experience. Service was superb and food/wine were divine. Spectacular views.
