Chick-fil-a - Pittsburgh

I always go to different locations to buy a gallon of iced tea. I went there (North Hills location this past Saturday. Went through the drive thru and was told at 2:47 pm that I could not have the gallon because “they were all locked up” because they had a big catering job earlier. Not sure what that meant. I could understand at the end of the day being out of tea but it being in the middle of the day that was not the case. I then had to drive to Wexford (gotta have my CFA tea, love it! . Also, wondering when the pleasantries stopped? Always nice to hear “my pleasure”, etc, but that seems to have stopped. Besides the food it’s what draws me back to CFA. Just that little bit of appreciation makes CFA stand out above the others.

Was told we can 't do the spicy fillet in the drive thru. Why? Every other Chick-fil-A can. I 'm already compromising my morals eating here, don 't make me compromise on my order too. Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Spicy Chicken Deluxe

The people are nice and the good is good. I like my fries crispy. for living from me, I can't understand the crazy long lines. no line for me because there was 11:00 clock, but there was a line when I left. I am back when I can avoid a long line.

Service is always on point! Fresh, Hot and Fast! Also every single employee ALWAYS has a smile. As their saying goes... Going to the McKnight franchise is truly MY PLEASURE!
