Dunkin' - Pittsburgh

John is so kind to everyone every time I come in, he's always in a good mood and I appreciate the customer service from the whole team!

We visited on Father's Day morning and had a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptionally helpful, cheerful, and efficient. My husband's sandwich was excellent for the price. As a decaf drinker, I was pleased to find that most coffee options could be tailored to my preferences.

Everytime I order from here they forget the donuts. Everything else yes but never donut do t mobile order to here. Even when not busy. Foods good though

When visiting the USA, it's always an experience to go to Dunkin. Not sure what was up on this day. It was 9am and the place looked like it had been cleaned out. No donuts, no bottled drinks, no sugar packets and a line up out the door. It was crazy to see. But I will say, the staff was working hard and they delivered our drinks with a friendly smile. This was our first visit to Pittsburgh and this was not the first place that didn't seem ready for the breakfast rush. Is that normal all over the city?

This place is super slow and one of the employees (young blonde girl) is a bit rude. She made my frozen coffee with tap water after it was too frozen to put in the cup, all while forgetting to add the whipped cream on top. When I asked her about the tap water being added, she told me that's how it's made (in a rude manner). Umm, NO it's NOT! I get this drink at least twice a week and it's NEVER made with tap water. If it's too thick, the staff will re-whip it in the machine. However, the manager (white gentleman with a beard) not only refunded my money for the drink but also properly made my drink and apologized for the whole ordeal.
