I stopped by to buy some Dunkin' cups and found myself waiting in line behind a girl who was trying to order a wrap but couldn't decide what she wanted. The line quickly grew longer, and instead of ordering, the girl was scrolling through her phone, looking for options. The cashier seemed uncomfortable with the situation, as she knew there were customers waiting, but she never suggested that the girl step aside to browse the menu while she helped others. She also didn’t communicate with the rest of us waiting. Eventually, everyone in line got fed up and left, and despite being next, I ended up being the last one to walk out. The girl still hadn’t made a decision. I had about $50 worth of cups I intended to buy, but the way things were handled really put me off. Your store is conveniently located near my house, but I won’t be returning. My wife and I are regular Dunkin' coffee drinkers, but from now on, we’ll be going to a different location.

The customer service at this place is very disappointing. Based on my experiences at Dunkin', I've never been satisfied with the service or my order. What's the point of placing a mobile order if they don't pay attention to the customer's requests? As a result, people end up waiting 5-10 minutes for their order, despite having already ordered in advance.

The catering order was completed promptly. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, even at such an early hour.
