Italian Village Pizza Brentwood

I hope the stray cats and raccoons enjoy the food that was once again delivered to the wrong address. When the driver called to say he left it on my porch, I told him I don’t have a porch. This has happened far too often, despite me providing a detailed description of my house and car in their app. I advised him to return it to the restaurant, especially since it was 18 degrees outside. Ten minutes later, I received a call from the restaurant saying the driver picked it up and that it’s now on my doorstep. Seriously?! Since it's a third-party driver, they claimed there was nothing they could do. Are you kidding me? If that's the case, perhaps you should consider hiring your own drivers, as they are still representing your business. I ordered from you, and I expect my food to arrive on time, hot, and at the correct address. It's what I paid for! I won’t be using this service or the SLICE app anymore.

I will always appreciate it for a quick lunch; we've been visiting for years.

Last week, I ordered a steak pizza for $25, including tip, and when it arrived, all the toppings had slid off and ended up in the box. The following week, I tried a spicy Italian sandwich, which arrived burnt and ice cold, along with the rest of my order. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined significantly. This will be the last time I waste my money hoping to get what I ordered.

Ridiculous wait time for pickup even after not showing up until the pickup time discussed! Multiple other people waiting around too. Only one employee actually making the food, while I?m guessing the OWNER is standing around on his phone. Pickup some slackand help your employee that is clearly backed up!!! Got 2 stars only because I haven?t tried or even seen my food yet.

It was a good experience. I was happy when I walked in and the place had seating (3 tables that would seat 4 people each) because I brought my client there with me. The young guys that were running the place, seemed to be very friendly andaccommodating. It wasn't a well lit place, but it was comfortable enough for a pizza shop. Their restroom was unisex, which Idon't like, but at least they had one available. The pizza and wings I ordered were absolutely great!! I would definitely comeback for more!
