Mi Empanada - Pittsburgh

Was able to get me some empanadas on one of their food trucks and it was really good! the traditional, chicken and spinach with the chili-Aioli and Pimento sauces. empanadas teig is super soft and flaky with a good amount of filling. also their chocolate and peanut butter short bread cookies that were really delicious! highly recommended!

The empanadas here are from this world. we tried lamb, classic bark and chicken; everyone delicious. chimichurri is fabulous. they had a homemade lemon berry-cutard dessert, which was super fresh and tasted excellent. all the food was fresh and healthy. fantastic quality for the price. good for fast and/or portable eating. they have also taken and also bake empanadas. we packed a dozen to go because we loved her so much! will be definitiw back

Was in the city for another event and saw a review on lamb empanadas...bought most flavors of empandas... they were DELICIOUS... and chimichurri was herbaceous...will stop again when in the burgh...YUM

The empanadas loved here. the true joy of it is in the balance of fluffy crust and taste and I think she did so well! I tried the wobbly refugetlingsetta and it had an amazing crust and delicious filling. the wobbles were jammy and a bit on the sweet side. it deserved a 4/5. the star of the show was spinat empanada and it was perfectly flavored and spiced. it deserved 7/5. I had two and felt filled!

I wish I could show you a picture, but I ate her lol. bark and chicken empanadas were the best I had in one. refreshingly delicious! they can say they only use the best ingredients. just a 15/10! they will not regret it.
