Let me make something explicitly clear, I am giving this Starbucks a 5 star review because of MiMi and no other reason. She was fantastic and the only one on staff with a line of 10+ people. That girl deserves a raise, and to have someone else staffed with her.
Pretty bad. The woman at the register (medium height, light complexion, hair in a pony tail) took my order for two breakfast sandwiches and a tall Verona. Only ten minutes later was it realized when I asked about my sandwiches that she never put them in to be heated up. When another barista asked her about it she said she?d get to it when she could. Who knows when that would have been. Also, when she filled my coffee, she mistakenly put clear water in first (the water was in a container labeled dark roast so I can understand the initial error) when she realized this, though, she filled in the rest of the cup with actual coffee. But she didn?t empty out the water she?d poured in my cup first! I mean are you serious?! Who wants watered down coffee?! The man working once he realized that things had gone awry rectified the situation quickly and apologized multiple times which I appreciated. But I wonder how bad things must be that Starbucks is forced to employ someone at the register who obviously could not care less
Order took over 30 mins and my sandwich was cold in the center.
Batista there is the best ,she does the work of 3 people, fast and efficient
