Starbucks - Pittsburgh

If I could give zero stars, I would. I tried to redeem my free birthday rewards for a drink as advertised, but they refused to honor them. When I tried to use them for food instead, they told me the rewards could only be used for drinks. It felt like a bait and switch. Thanks for making me spend $10 when I should have gotten it for free. Terrible service, would not recommend. You ruined my birthday. I won't be coming back.

The cashier was pleasant, the food was excellent, and the team of two did a fantastic job today!

I've learned my fiction officially. if they want coffee, they should skip this place. I asked for a refund, and instead my drinks had re-made. surprising, surprising, I received the same coffee flavored milk.

Usually very good in this south hills village. not good today. order by handy, still over 20 minutes and only after I asked. many people who ordered as walkup received their order before us. so many people are waiting for orders that look irritated. the young girl who makes the drinks looked like she didn't want to be there. coffee wasn't very good, but didn't want to wait any longer to restore it.

They prepared the worse coffee that I have ever drink ...
