I walked up to the counter to place an order but no one behind the counter looked up at me. There were at least 6 employees talking to one another. I looked at them all for over one minute —waiting. And then I walked out. After a bit of time I went back in to let them know what I thought. The one employee was very apologetic and said it was a shift change and they were working things out. She offered me a drink and another apology so that was good.
It’s a Starbucks but the location is hard to access in traffic.
I ordered a Vanilla cream cold brew. The coffee didn’t taste fresh and there was no cold foam on top.
No matter which one visited, including target locations, service is always good and barista very friendly
