Empire Pizza - Pittsfield

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to enjoy a variety of delicious dishes. The atmosphere is cozy and beautiful, and the prices are very affordable. The staff is attentive and quick to respond. Overall, it is a pleasant and lovely place to dine. Highly recommend checking it out!

I've always had a good experience at Empire until an unpleasant encounter with a (now former) employee. That matter has been dealt with and happy to say that I am back to being a frequent customer.

I have been a long-time customer of this restaurant, but recently the quality of the food has declined significantly. I had a bad experience when I placed an order and witnessed the owner ignoring customers on his phone in the back. The only positive aspect of this place is the kind young lady who works in the morning. She is always cheerful and helps me quickly prepare my food. Unfortunately, due to the decline in quality and the terrible pizza, I will not be ordering from here anymore.

Was little doubtful after reading the reviews, but don’t believe those reviews. Order for yourself and you will know how great their food and service is!! Prices are up for everything on this planet right now, so I don’t think that should be a biggie if you want good food.
