Otto's Kitchen Comfort - Pittsfield

This place was AWESOME. The food was delicious, the variety was great and the staff were really genuine and friendly. Our waitress Erica was really knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I can't say enough good things about this place!

The food and wait staff were great. The owner who greeted us not so much. Rude actually. If you can ignore that, it is well worth it for the food.

Thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast at Otto’s. It reminded me so much of my days in ATL. Had waffles with chicken tenders and coffee. I have been back twice with family and I can’t get enough.

Ordered takeout Breakfast sandwiches and they were very busy. My order was ready earlier than what I was told and it was delicious! I'd give 20 stars if I could.
