Spanky's Pizza - Placerville

Top notch pies. Local business. Way better than any chain. The large is substantial and the pizza is done just right, nice and crispy but not burnt. I especially hate gooey undercooked dough. Check them out.

I often came here and remember the pizza as delicious. I visited family and we decided to see if it was as good as we remembered. It was! The pizza is so good and the service is great.

The pizza is good, the guy who makes the pizza is great. Up there. Give him some business. The place needs a makeover. Paint, carpet. Don't hold it against her. How someone could survive in the last two years is beyond me.

Best pizza in Northern California!! Pool tables and jukebox music and the old building give it a feel like the pizza parlors I grew up with! One dollar per rack in pool. That's like 1960's prices! There's a bar connected to the pizza parlor, but it's laid-back, and they have multiple screens for watching sporting events. I don't drink but I have sat in and watched a few from time to time. The owners and the employees are very cool! I highly recommend whether it's dine-in or takeout, again, emphasis on this is the best tasting pizza around!!
