Starbucks - Placerville

I get these diets and usually get a good service. Today I was allowed to make a mobile order at 520 o'clock, then I sat in the car thru without confirmation for 20 minutes. If you want to open late, don't stop your mobile orders so that people can go somewhere else, and then don't profis that sits for 20 minutes without talking to them or telling them what the problem is. I had to wait because this business had already taken my money, did not recognize me so that I could ask for a refund and now I will work too late. very dissatisfied, will not return.

I saw online that this restaurant was supposed to be open until 7, so we decided to stop by around 5:30. Unfortunately, all the other restaurants in the parking lot were closed. When we entered, we noticed there was no one behind the counter and there was a sign indicating that the restaurant was closed.
