Flap Jacks Pancake House - Plainfield

This is a highly efficient breakfast spot. Although I anticipated a wait for a table for five, I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of delay. The service was quick, and the food arrived hot and fresh. I was quite impressed!

This place is absolutely amazing for breakfast! My favorite item on the menu is the country fried pork chop; I find myself craving it out of nowhere now. Their pancakes are also spot on—better than most pancake places I've been to.

I had breakfast and requested crispy bacon, and that's exactly what I received.

The parking lot was somewhat difficult to get to, but that might just be my personal experience. It's not really their fault—downtown Plainfield is just short on space.

Everything was fantastic!
