Dunkin' - Plainsboro

This Dunkin' has recently come under new management, and unfortunately, the service has taken a downturn. There is a mother-and-daughter duo working the night shift who are very friendly, but overall, the atmosphere feels quite negative now. When I inquired about the previous staff, the girl simply looked at me and said they are no longer here due to the new management.

I visit this place every day, and it's definitely the best Dunkin' I've been to. The staff is fantastic—always friendly and quick with service. They get everything right every time. Highly recommended!

I used to visit this restaurant frequently, but my experience on this occasion was the worst I've ever had. I attempted to express my concerns, but was told to wait and met with an unpleasant attitude instead. All three sandwiches were burnt and hastily put together.

Good place. Owner is really nice. Me and couple of my friends go for quick coffee break on weekends.

This place has very unfriendly workers. Some of them don't even understand English. She made Cappuccino very watery had no taste of coffee as you only taste milk with water. I returned to them, was she not even interested in hearing me, just said in broken English? Do machines, don't I? I don't think it's professional and polite to say that, we pay money and support them business.
