Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

We were on the highway on our way to Amarillo, tx. when we saw the place it had a hamburger with a cone???????? so we decided to go. It was the first time we came to a braum's and our experience was very exciting since it is rare to find a place where you can do your super and at the same time enjoy a delicious hamburger accompanied by a milkshake.???? -It is a good place to come with children

When I want to CHEAT on my diabetic diet, I go to Braums for a double cheese burger combo (add French fries and drink) and the wife can have her chicken salad grilled or crispy. It is always fulfilling and delicious. The employees are courteous and professional and there is always a minimal wait time. Never a bad experience here. I even got a fist bump from a 2 year old.

Customer serivce is horrible even by common sense standards...It does not seem like they have had ay training...And the food was substandard and way over salted as compated to the other Braums in the surrounding area...

We all enjoyed our meal. Good burgers and fries. The chocolate shakes are tasty too.

Go into have hamburger and ice cream had to Ask to get a table clean every table was empty except one and all tables were dirty and it is o??clock and I can count 7 people standing from where I am sitting some watch me take the pictures of the dirty tables and still no one has come to clean them and one more couple has sit down to eat. This is not me but this is unexceptable with the hospital full.of COVID
