Five people were turned away after the restaurant closed 30 minutes early.

I was very disappointed to arrive at the restaurant at 9:30 only to see them turning off the open sign, especially since they were supposed to be open until 10, which the business had confirmed a week ago. While I was there, another couple approached the door and knocked, but the staff member just ignored them and continued closing the register.

The frozen yogurt was really delicious. However, the woman managing the store was quite rude. She was on her phone the entire time and didn't provide any explanations or ask us about our preferred size; instead, she just handed us a cup. We had to wait about five minutes for her to finish her call and add our toppings, even though the place wasn't busy at all. Overall, the frozen yogurt was great, but the service left a lot to be desired.

When I showed the woman at the counter the text, she informed me that I needed to go online to do something I couldn't quite understand. I clarified my situation and showed her the message again. She then told me to put each cup on the scale individually, and she would give me one free. I explained that I was willing to pay for the three kids' cups and that mine should be free, as it was covered by the offer. Once again, she said something confusing, and proceeded to weigh each cup. Instead of giving me my $4.44 cup for free, she took my son's $2.10 cup off the bill and said, "Okay, I gave you a free cup." I couldn't believe it. It's frustrating when I've seen people in line pay $20 for just two cups. I’m quite sure they make enough profit to offer a complimentary cup to loyal customers who return more than once a year. If they don't want to honor the $5 offer, they shouldn't advertise it.

This location is very clean, and they offer delicious yogurt with a variety of sweet toppings. Prices are always reasonable. I highly recommend signing up at the kiosk to earn points and receive occasional text alerts with discounts of up to 20% off your yogurt purchases at the register.
