Taco Bell - Plainwell

It's quite disappointing that you're only open until 10:00 a.m. That's surprising! I wonder how you expect to operate with such early closing hours.

On another occasion, my order of $25 got mixed up with someone else's $10 order. Instead of an apology or acknowledgment of the mistake, we received a dismissive response. The last time we went, the manager completely ignored us, so we decided to leave and went to the Taco Bell in Allegan instead, which is a much better option. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money here.

The cashier was very courteous, but the food was not fresh and it was quite messy.

This place twice and twice I attend to receive my eating fast and the staff is friendly and offers excellent customer service. I've done both with the drive thru. weekend.

Food and service were good. Only things that makes this a 4 star and not 5 is one of the workers is sooo obnoxiously loud! I mean to the point of having to ask the person I went there with to repeat themselves a couple times.
