Papa Gino's - PLAISTOW

So was going to give a 5 star review, the location is prime and staff is certainly friendly enough. When you walk in and place your order they have a sign that says scan code, if you show us you gave a 5 star review= free slice so I told someone and wewent back to the counter to scan. We showed the cashier for him to say I 'm not good at this. I pointed to my review. he says oh thank you.... Aw thank you .. walks away and stands over in a corner just staring at us.. please don 't advertise things toget yourself a higher rating if you don 't plan to follow through. I won 't go back just because of this now. Silly but I can 'tsupport a bargain for good ratings when they can 't support their end of the bargain lol

I've always liked papa Gino's and they deserve 4 stars but now that they use door dash to deliver the food. No thanks. Guy never showed up I was starving, called papa Gino's and they told me I have to deal with door dash and couldn't get a refund throughpapa Gino's. Now I call door dash and have to deal with a 10 minute phone call all for just pizza. Door dash said I'll get arefund in 24 to 48 hours. This is rediculous. I went to a local pizza spot that was also $10 cheaper.

The employees were very nice and accommodating, but the tables were dirty and I think there was the three of us and maybe one other person in the spot, so there way no reason for the dinning room to look the way it did. And last they are over priced andthe food is no where near the quality it use to be.

Pizza was better than most but on the pricey side. Patrons were freezing and I asked staff to lower air conditioning and they stated the A/C was on a timer with code. So we had to dine outside to escape the cold followed by other Patrons.

The pizza is excellent, crispy, thin and very tasty. Just the right amount of ingredients. We got the whole pie rather than just slices. Staff is efficient and friendly.
