Starbucks - Plano

I've worked in a Starbucks before: I would have killed to have this crew. I've been sitting here for over two hours and the entire time I've seen people dilligently working and cleaning, take orders with phenomenal customer service, and the beverages/food provided to me have been on point. Whoever the managers are here-well done!

James was our Barista this morning and he was super friendly. He greeted us both while coming in and while we were waiting for him to make our drinks. He also confirmed my wife and I both wanted whipped cream on our coffee . To which we both said, Yes, please. This location is beautifully designed and had really soft and smooth music ? playing. This Starbucks is highly recommend.

When in need of coffee , at least you can find a Starbucks. Especially when traveling. Coffee was not bad. Service was good. Prices are reasonable.

Swung by to get some hot chocolate before driving to look at Christmas lights. It was a pretty standard Starbucks but I'm personally disappointed in the hot chocolate (too water-y compared to other Starbucks we've gone to in years past) Parking: There is plenty of parking because it's in a small shopping center. They also have a long line up for the drive through. Service: It wasn't very busy when we arrived and the staff was friendly. We did have to wait a bit for our drinks but didn't seem to bad since we had a group. Overall it is a perfectly average Starbucks location but I'm disappointed with my hot chocolate order. Other drinks may be fine
