Hungry Howie's Pizza - Plant City

I often visit this place for the quarter machine and the slot machines, which I always find enjoyable. While I don't win every time, I try to make sense of the money I spend there, haha!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I placed an online order, but I received a call informing me that they were closed at 8:20 PM on a Sunday. The employee I spoke with was quite rude, and to make matters worse, she only refunded $30.70 of my $43.88 order. When I asked why the refund was less than what I had paid, she had the audacity to suggest that I wanted the tip refunded as well. It's ridiculous—she provided terrible service and did nothing to help. I would not recommend ordering from this poorly managed location.

I've tried this location several times, but 75% of the time my order is incorrect. I ordered two simple subs, and they still managed to get it wrong. I called to speak with a manager, but I'm not sure who I ended up talking to. They offered me store credit for two subs, but I asked if I'm supposed to go without food for the night. They said they would redeliver the correct sub two hours after my initial order. The owner really needs to take control of this location.

I placed an order that never came. Online simply states spend 25$ to have a delivery and I spent 36. Later I received a call that they wanted me to spend more in order to have my food delivered. I?d already got confirmation that the food was being prepared and carried on with my afternoon work to be disappointed that was contacted to spend more money. I cannot believe how insensitive the caller was that I?d already ordered additional things just to get way over the 25$ threshold just to be told to buy more. These are tough times for the world if restaurants are using this tactic to rob customers to meet quotas. It?s disgusting and pure greed. Zero stars and I wouldn?t not ever recommend.
