Bidra med feedbackThe food was served hot and fresh, but I requested ketchup and ranch dressing and didn’t receive either. There were also no napkins available. Since it was late at night and there were hardly any customers, I expected better service. I can understand if the place was busy and they were overwhelmed, but that wasn't the case.
I'm not sure I understand the situation. If you're sitting by the window, why do they keep your debit card without your knowledge? Are they not allowed to touch it? You have to insert it yourself, but if it doesn't go through properly, they take it and handle it with their bare hands before you can swipe or insert it again. Then they return it to you as if it’s contaminated. Should you touch it or not? Plus, we could definitely do without the attitude. Thank you.
This is a McDonald's review. The food is fairly standard, but I appreciate this location because they rarely get my order wrong. The staff is usually friendly and accommodating. The restrooms are consistently clean, which is a plus. I really enjoy their dine-in service; it's much quicker than the drive-thru, and the app offers some fantastic coupons—especially the free fries!
Typical McDonald's... they repeated my order and it was wrong, I told them back in the window that it was wrong and she said it was corrected. After payment, I get my food out and my order was still wrong! They also accused me of it!! These people don't earn $15 an hour!! How hard is it to pack the food right!! Or to take an order right!?
It's gotta be tough running a Mcdonald's in good times, but the super slow dtivethru is dumb. They have had 10 months to practice. No all local TampaBay area locations are super slow.
