Burger King - Plattsmouth

I put my order online and then picked up on the way from the city. I had a vehicle in front of me when I arrived. When I came to the editor, I was asked to wait a second and they were back to help me. I sat there for 10 minutes and even pulled my vehicle back and forth to activate the system. She finally came back and I'm sorry when she's done. I let them know that I ordered online and then moved and waited another 15 minutes with 1 car in front of me. When we came into the window, she asked if we had only one dietary coke and I said we had the app order. she said she'd get us out of this command. I moved away almost 30 minutes from the time I woke up. I know that being a coworker is difficult, but this is crazy and I would think that something longer than 5 minutes in a drive thru would be too long!

As I reached the speaker, I was told to hold on for a moment while they assisted the previous customer. I waited there for 10 minutes, even trying to move my car back and forth to trigger the system. Finally, someone returned and apologized, saying my order would be ready soon. I informed them that I had ordered online and then pulled around to wait another 15 minutes with one car still ahead of me. When we finally reached the window, the attendant asked if we only had a diet coke, to which I replied that we had an app order. She said she would retrieve our order. In total, I waited almost 30 minutes from the time I arrived. I understand that finding staff can be challenging, but waiting more than 5 minutes in a drive-thru seems excessive!

Bought mozzarella sticks 8pc for my daughter but not white cheese its yellow cheese and very hard to eat not soft like before. I tried to call them 5 times but cannot be reach.If your a bk employees on July 14 2022 between the hours of 6pm to 730pm you did a bad job this time. My order number is 90 on July 14 2022 at 711pm...drive thru.

Just bought 2 number 4s and got home and the fries were still frozen in the middle!! Completely disgusted!! Lost another Beaver lake customer.

Warm, fast and friendly staff. About as good as bk can get. I appreciate it. 5 star. ?
