Bidra med feedbackWe tried this place as we wanted to try some authentic Mexican food how ever we actually come away very disgusted and feeling robbed my partners steak well let's just say some kind of scrappy meat was disgusting, food was bland with no taste the waiter forgot my partners rice 10 minutes later after we asked it was bought out and we heard him getting shouted at very loudly and publicly which was uncomfortable. The bill for two mains two beers and a cocktail cost £72 which was absolutely disgusting we felt robbed to top of we didn't get our £5 change bought back out to us which at that point we just wanted to exit so couldn't be bothered to argue absolute no go !!
We had lunch here and it was very good. The menu was authentic. The restaurant has beautiful decor. It's on 5th Ave so give it a try.
We had dinner twice during our visit to Playa del Carmen a week and a half ago. A local on our flight from Tampa recommended that we try Mi Pueblo for an authentic and enjoyable Mexican dinner. Our first dinner at Mi Pueblo was so enjoyable that we returned 3 days later . The service staff was not only knowledgeable but adept at making alterations to the menu items to accommodate our particular requests. We were more than fortunate to have Miguel as our waiter and he smoothly shepherded us through the dining experience and effortlessly corrected an error by the kitchen which could have turned dinner into a disaster. We recommend 'I Pueblo to visitors who want an authentic and enjoyable Mexican dinner experience and recommend that diners request To be seated in Miguel's section.Jimmy and Catie Brown
The service was excellent, very friendly. The food was fantastic! They were very attentive to our needs. We were celebrating my Birthday, they brought me Feliz Cumpleano dessert, wonderful flan imposible with singing staff and many hugs. Thanks Miguel and everybody for a wonderful Birthday!!!I loved my experience there ❤️Food ✅Friendliness ✅Atmosphere✅Prices✅
We wanted to eat Mexican as we had already done Italian a couple times so we chose Mi Pueblo. The restaurant is nicely decorated an we had an outdoor table. They were quite busy and I suspect our order was lost as it took 45 minutes to get our food. The waiter did bring us guacamole and another app and we were not in any hurry so it was not a big deal. I had the beef molcajete which was pretty good, my husband had chicken tacos which were pretty uninspired and the corn tortillas were tough. This restaurant is part of a group that includes some good restaurants so we had high hopes. I doubt we will return.
