Vitality Bowls Pleasant Hill

Lazy... Been coming here often for 2 months and instead of putting soap canister in the dispenser its just lying on the sink, the paper towel dispenser always empty but a roll sitting right next to it... Why can't you fill it? It's just lazy... Low standards, careless management, like a stereotypical lazy American business.

I think this is a great place to get the type of food they sell. Healthy food options. I have enjoyed every item from the menu I have tried. Acai bowls. Salads. Protein bowls. All great. The staff has made every item perfectly each order. The app doesn't provide good estimates for when the food will be ready. I have never been there while the staff is happy. They are almost sullen. I feel bad for them. Hope they are ok. The staff does a great job.

They ALWAYS take forever to make one single bowl… They are talking at the back more than doing their job : . Not the first time that has happened.

Really like the vitality bowl chain, but this location is a little lacking. Got the job done. But That is about it.

I went in this morning to get two açaí bowls to go, they were delicious. Unfortunately, my experience at this store wasn’t that great since I had to wait for an hour for my order. The store was empty when I first arrived but they were taking so long with their orders, it soon was full of angry people waiting for their orders. They need better organization!
