Chick-fil-a - Pleasant Prairie

I ordered a chicken sandwich, but it had an awful aftertaste that lingered, almost like the taste of old, burnt, moldy nuts. It was really strange! I later discovered that they cook with peanut oil, which might explain it. Additionally, based on their response to my review, it seems they don't prioritize customer feedback. That's fine by me.

The staff handed me a large bag of food and then passed out three drinks one by one, forcing me to find a spot for each as she handed them to me. I asked why they didn’t use drink trays, and she mentioned that they have them but don't always use them. Wait, what? I genuinely love this franchise, but this location really needs some improvements.

I don’t understand why they ask for my sauce choice if they’re just going to ignore it. The staff at the drive-thru seemed too distracted talking to each other. Every visit feels like a gamble. I would normally give 3 stars, but this is the sixth time I’ve encountered distracted employees at the drive-thru.

I love Chick-fil-A, but this location just felt a little different than normal. Still met my needs, and is still worthy to hold the Chick-fil-A title

I ordered thru the drive thru. I always get my order correct and I've been going to this same place for a year. Changed almost all employees but same service which is outstanding. The food is good just like most other chickfila restaurants. I only get breakfast/lunch though .
