Cold Stone is very good in other towns I do not recommend traveling here as when I worked here the fruits were very old, management didn?t care are the rotting Fruits being given to customers. Very little customer service in managements side very disappointed.

Don 't use their website 's online delivery option, never. They will not respond if you are waiting for your cake and they work with door dash which simply cancels the delivery, with no reason. Then after multiple calls, ColdStone says 'oh we don 't know about your order, you can come over and pick up if you want '.

Super upset with this establishment. I tried contacting management multiples times and no one ever reaches back out. Half the employees claim they never see management either. I run a program and we planned on bringing small groups of children here every Wednesday during summer. Every time we have shown up no one is working. Their hours online do not reflect their true hours and their own employees do not know when they open. I have spoken to 3 different staff members and they all claim they open at different times. Super upsetting. When I have visited this store before on my own time, a large majority of their staff are also very rude. Carrying conversations with their friends that are sitting in the store rather than paying attention to the customer.
