I was doing a little clothes shopping shipping next door and decided to pop in and grab a Jamba for the road. I decided to try something new and ordered a Protein Berry Workout. As I was headed back to the car I began to realize that this was not what Iwanted. It was made correctly but this is what happens when you try new things; some hits and some misses. Anyway I roll backin and I an for one of my regular drinks Apples-n-Greens with mango in place of the bananas. The polite young man behind thecounter makes a comment that I must have really liked the first one because I was back for more. I mentioned that I didn't likethe taste/texture of the first one. He then says that Jamba has a policy where they will remake it if you don't like it. I wasfully prepared to just buy a new one so that was a truly pleasant surprise! I liked the fact that there was not SpanishInquisition-level questioning or 15 reasons why the remake policy would not be applicable. I never knew this policy existed andI realized the reason why; in 15 years of buying Jamba I have never had to have a drink remade until today; heckuva streak.
The cleanliness of the place is unacceptable. Although it’s supposed to be a fresh fruit juice spot, the hygiene conditions are extremely poor. The staff can be seen playing games on their mobile phones, and they don’t even wear gloves while preparing the juice in such a dirty environment.
Absolutely delicious Mango-A-Go-Go and friendly staff! I placed my order, waited just a little while, and thoroughly enjoyed my drink. Thank you! I’ll definitely be back!
My six-year-old son and I visited the restaurant this morning at 9:00. We quickly placed our orders, and the server went above and beyond by complimenting my son’s plush Shy Guy from Mario Bros. They even shared a fun story about the Shy Guy costume they made with friends. It had been a challenging morning for my son, and this connection really brightened his day. They prepared delicious smoothies for us and even added a Shy Guy sticker to his cup. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice the drawing on the cup until we left, and I hope this message reaches them. It truly meant a lot to my son (and to me), and we are grateful for the excellent customer service we received.
