Kfc - Pleasanton

This place is recently on the hill. they are either closed during normal hours, have computer problems or have no side / food.

Went this KFC twice after 11Am and the employee at the drive through window said we are not open because of shorthand I don't understand why they put open signs and customers wasting times.

Chicken brilliant good and great customer service. Make sure to ask if they have any coupons that do not regret for the 9 pieces for $10.

Their service is embarrassing. It's not the kids working there, they're all cool. Management doesn't have enough people staffed to properly handle just the drive thru. That's right, the dine in is closed and they struggle to support the drive thru line. Multiple times I have gone there and it's 30 minutes to get my food from when I finished the order at the speaker. Management needs to do better, because their chicken sandwich is bomb but it shouldn't take 30 min to get TWO sandwiches.

The drive thru person did a great job. I hadn't been here in a year but she was patient and walked me thru the order.
