If you are looking for worst Paris Baguette place in the Bay Area, you might want to stop-by at this place! The store runs by members of a seemingly iranian family which behave prety unprofessional, rude and incompetent. I stopped going to this particular PB store after multiple unbelievable encounters.

The quality at this particular location is consistently lower than other locations and the food does not seem freshly made. For example, the ham, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich tasted like it came straight from the fridge and was small for the price. The Dublin location, in contrast, offers fresher and larger sandwiches. It is recommended that this location improve their standards to match other Paris Baguette locations in order to provide customers with a consistently reliable experience.

I bought a cake here on Friday. It was disappointing that they jacked up the price so much, but their service was way below the standard. This lady just handed me a cake and walked away. She didn't even ask me if I needed candles or a knife. I guess this cashier was not thrilled to have the customer giving her no tip, but I won't tip for a simple transaction!The reason you get at least 1 star is because I was helped by the other casher standing next.

I absolutely love this place! I have tried their blueberry loaf and mocha cake, both of which were delicious and moist.
