Bidra med feedbackThe dining experience at this restaurant is enjoyable. However, the owner is unfriendly and the service, especially when handled by Robert, is the worst and lacks friendliness. It is unfortunate because the food is good and the other staff members are nice. Despite this, the negative reviews about Robert being a terrible person seem to hold true. We had planned to place a catering order with them for this weekend, but after my last encounter with Robert and his handling of a sandwich order, we have decided to take our business elsewhere. To summarize, I had pre-ordered a sandwich and when I went to pick it up with my young son (whom I had to leave in the car due to the pandemic), Robert made me wait 20 minutes even though the sandwich was ready on the counter. Despite my explanation about my child waiting in the car, he still displayed poor customer service. We will not be returning and it seems others are also choosing to take their business elsewhere. I would recommend trying Sundance Deli across the street for good people, good service, and good food.
I ordered one of their popular sandwiches and when I got home, I realized that 3 out of the 5 ingredients were missing. I'm not sure how that happened since I didn't request any special changes, but at least they served it on bread.
This deli has a negative atmosphere from the moment you place your order to the moment you receive it. Customers may not want to return after encountering the control freak owner, Robert. Despite other employees being nice, they may not be able to fully assist customers due to Robert's overbearing presence.
Robert the owner is the most rude person I have ever met in my life. I feel bad for him. I think he has a serious case of OCD disease. you have to tell him everything quickly and it has to be told away. when they adapt to their eating, he is crazy and tries to change it to his way. What is the point of it? If you say something wrong, then he regulates you and forces you to say it to his wise. this man urgently needs mental health advice. I hope more people come forward and make reviews. this man should not annoy customers as he does and thinks he is the owner he can come away with him. order on the phone and order in person will be the same result an unpleasant experience.
Glad to see I’m not the only one who had a bad experience here. The gentleman who took my order, Robert, was extremely rude. It’s a shame because the food is good, but that won’t be enough to make me come back. Never put up with rude staff. If someone is rude to you they don’t want your business.
