Bidra med feedbackWe were excited to try the chipotle seitan at this restaurant, but after waiting for 30 minutes, we were informed they were out of seitan. Disappointed, we decided to order our go-to Indian dish, Channa Masala, which never disappoints. We also tried the rice bowl with cucumber salad, which was filling, and had some vegan samosas. However, the green tamarind sauce was not vegan due to the addition of yogurt. The atmosphere of the restaurant is fun and eclectic, but it is quite small. Make sure to sit far away from the door on cold days, as it can get freezing. Their fresh squeezed juices and smoothies are also highly recommended.
I go to Little Mumbai quite often since I work close by and I really enjoy the wonderful flavors they impart into their dishes. My favorite dishes are the Frankie Roll with Chipotle Seitan and the Chipotle Seitan rice bowl! I've tried the vegan crepes and they were good but not my favorite since the filling didn't have enough flavor for my taste. The fresh smoothies are also good but a bit expensive for the size IMO. Overall, Little Mumbai has a lot to offer and I hope they will further expand their vegan offerings in the future to even more dishes!
We were thrilled to try the chipotle sincean, but 30 minutes in our waiting we were informed that they were from since: we went with our go-to-indian dish- channa masala, which is always a victorious! her rice bowl option with the Indian “salsa” aka gurkensalat was quite filling out and we also got a rowing of the samosas that are vegan! the atmosphere is funny and eclectic and it is a small place - even if it is to eat on a cold day - make sure to sit far away from the door! it was ice cold today! also their fresh, pressed juices and smoothies are on the spot!

Our experience at the restaurant was not great. We tried the pav bhaji and chicken kebab dish. The pav bhaji was okay, but the haryali chicken kebab was terrible. Some pieces were dry, chewy, and undercooked. The kebabs seemed to be pan-fried instead of being traditionally cooked using wood or coal. The sauce didn't improve the taste either. We would recommend trying the crepes instead, like the Nutella crepe. If we ever decide to go back, we will try the crepes and write another review.
