Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We had a mobile order, we went they had no fries, we asked for a Mac and cheese because they have no fries, they said to wait in the parking lot, we waited for an hour and thought they forgot about us while they were in they’re laughing and dancing around.

Food was good but not a friendly service. Waited too long at drive thur. Never got a total after ordering. Love the chicken fron Popeyes but not the service.

The drive thru associate I guess was having a bad day. Never said hello or good afternoon to me or other customers she encountered. Never asked if we wanted mild or spicy. And just was not friendly wasn't mean but not friendly which made the experience alittle rude.

Bad service, even workers pick fights with customers

I went to Popeye 's in pleasantville last night was so surprised by how awful customer service was through the drive thru. I waited for my chicken tender combo for 23mins. They were laughing fooling around while the parking lot was full of drive thru cars waiting on their orders. It was terrible but the worse thing was finally getting my food getting home only to realize they gave me the wrong order. I paid almost $30 for a 23 minute wait the wrong order. I just ate what was in the bag at least it was good. They need a new crew including new management. I used to believe that the pleasantville place was way better than A.C. 's but they both suck with customer service. What a shame. ?
