Bidra med feedbackThe two pieces of chicken in the 2-piece box looked like they were leftovers from the bottom of the container. Half of the skin was missing, and instead of a proper selection, I received a thigh and what can only be described as a wing attached to another thigh, with half of the meat gone. Having worked in fast food for most of my life, I know that if I were assembling this order and saw how unappetizing it looked, I would have simply grabbed two better pieces. We ended up driving back to the restaurant for a replacement, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering delivery. I appreciate the three complimentary cookies, thanks Billy, but they don’t make up for not being able to enjoy my 3-piece box (which looked delicious) and having to drive 15 minutes to resolve the issue. I sincerely hope the general manager and district manager take notice of this and figure out what went wrong.
I am extremely disappointed. I specifically ordered an extra crispy 4-piece chicken meal and repeated my request twice. However, when I got home, my husband pointed out that it was the original recipe and soaked in grease. Additionally, the biscuit was quite small. This will be the last time we visit this KFC.
I've never had a problem with this KFC before, but they really missed the mark with the Famous Bowl I ordered tonight!
We ordered a bucket of chicken for dinner for pick up. Food was still hot and I'm happy about that. I didn't realize that both gravys was already spilled all over the bag. WAS SO DISPLEASED.
Non existent response to customer satisfaction. Delivery order was wrong. Asked to be contacted to correct the situation. Have a claim number. Still have not been contacted. Awful customer service. Don't waste your money there.
