Antoinette's Casual Dining - Plymouth

The food was excellent, and the ambiance was inviting and comfortable. The service we received was outstanding.

At one point, a staff member rushed past our table and shouted, “How is the food?” but didn’t ask my husband if he wanted another beer. After we finished eating, we waited and waited for someone to notice that we were done. Eventually, I had to catch someone’s attention to ask if we wanted a box for leftovers. After waiting again, we were finally asked if we needed our bill. Once we received the box and bill, my husband went outside for a cigarette while I approached the cashier to pay. She told me she would be right back, but it took about four minutes with no sign of her. Eventually, another person came to take my payment, but there was no apology or acknowledgment of being short-staffed—just a feeling that we were an inconvenience. We might consider coming back in a year or so.

We have dined at Antoinette's multiple times over the past year, and the food and service consistently exceed our expectations. During our most recent visit, we brought a group of nine family members, and the staff were able to accommodate us quickly and effortlessly. Their bacon beer cheese soup is incredible, along with everything else we've tried there. We will certainly return again soon!

We were there 10/8/22 for lunch for my birthday. Hubby had Mac pork and I had a Burger. These 2 items were delicious. We had a delightful waitress who was very attentive. So why a mediocre 3 star rating? The SIDES. My hubby had a salad...limp,warm and it looked like weeds. I had Cole Slaw. It was the worst Cole slaw my husband and I have ever tasted. It had noflavor...if I'd had my eyes closed I wouldn't have known it was cabbage yet alone Cole Slaw and we told the waitress that. Sheimmediately asked what side I'd like and I said onion rings. WOW, those were awful too. Heavy, hard and way too much coatingon them! Someone needs help making sides that match the taste and quality of the other food on your menu.

First time for me at this restaurant and found the waitress was so friendly. Got our order for our drinks and shortly after took our order. The food was great . Such a large variety to chose from. Can't wait to go back again.
