Bidra med feedbackI arrived on Friday evening, and all the doors were locked. Thankfully, a customer inside let us in. Once inside, there was only one person ahead of us, who was attempting to correct an order from the drive-thru. After standing in the warm, stale air for about five minutes and watching the slow progress behind the counter, I realized I had made a mistake by coming here. I left and went to Culver's, where I had a much better meal.
It 's Dairy Queen....! You get what you pay for, right? Lunch hour lines are fairly quick. PROTIP: Sometimes the neighboring business has their 'garage-garbage door ' open (parallel with the drive through line) you can only imagine the smells if youhave the windows town. Luckily, that 's a rarity..
Cashier didn't know how to process a meal order. It took several minutes to flag down a coworker to help her out. We weren't given the sundae that was part of the meal deal even so. Service aside, food was good and served up quickly. Definitelyrecommend DQ, but maybe another location.
I encountered some issues while trying to purchase gift cards, but the manager persevered until the task was completed. He worked diligently, even staying 10 minutes past closing time to resolve the situation. I really appreciated his dedication.
This might be the worst drive-thru in Plymouth. The signs indicate they close at 9 PM, yet after waiting 10 minutes in line, I reached the ordering screen only to struggle with unbearable static that made it impossible to understand what was being said. Eventually, I deciphered that they were closed, even though it was only 8:25 PM. I understand that finding staff is tough these days, but improving signage wouldn’t be too difficult. I also don’t understand why the cars ahead of me were able to place their orders while I could not. Furthermore, there seems to be a lack of concern for worker safety. It was dark out, and when I finally left the line, I almost hit an employee who was taking out the trash in the poorly lit drive-thru area. Honestly, I recommend going to Culver's instead. They have better hours, tastier food, and a drive-thru where you can actually hear the order taking. I used to love Dairy Queen, but I'm beginning to question why this place is still in business.
