Bidra med feedbackThis is an okay place, kind of hit or miss so you take your chances anyways tonight was a pretty good experience they made us cinnamon bread twist instead of Parmesan bread bite no big deal bring it to their attention and they say they'll make usParmesan bread bite they also gave us the cinnamon twist then we get home and we open the box and it's actually not Parmesanbread bite it's garlic bread twist whatever we've already had a long night we just want to eat, so I open my pasta and I spent$8 for a half a container of pasta! I know my fault like I said before Hit or Miss next time I'll probably open all thecontainers and check them out before I leave the store although I do want to say I did see one employee wash his hand multipletimes when we were in the store, I also acknowledge that and told him thank you for doing so.
They 're usually fine, but tonight I 've waited 90 minutes for delivery. At the 40 minute mark they started the quality check. I tried calling them but they haven 't answered the phone in months. I 've been waiting on the phone with the automated system forabout 15 minutes. I have no idea what the status of my order is. The auotmated system says it 's out for delivery. I know someone who used to work there. He said they were a terrible employer. From what I can tell, they just stole my money.
When picking up my pizza I noticed that the guy who was the teig playing with his phone between every teigball and then put his phone on the same table he worked on (no gloves too). most people know how dirty their phone is. you bring your phone anywhere, including the bathroom. I guarantee he can't wash his phone. I will not return to this place until this is addressed. this happened at 12:50 on Saturday, 30 March.
After 15 minutes, the business across the street called us to let us know our order was sitting there. We called the manager, who told us there was nothing they could do because the GPS sometimes makes mistakes, and we would just have to accept their apology this time. We had spent $35 on the order, so simply saying “I’m sorry” didn’t feel adequate. We called back again, and they reiterated that there was nothing they could do about the GPS error and that it wasn't their fault. When we expressed our concern about eating food that sat unattended in another business for over 20 minutes, they finally offered us a $25 credit, which is $10 less than our original order. I understand that mistakes happen, but it’s important to address them appropriately. Why should customers have to keep calling to be heard, especially when our receipt clearly showed the correct address? The driver simply made an error, which can happen to anyone; we just expected kindness, understanding, and fairness in resolving the issue.
Always order online and have never been disappointed before eating is always hot and exactly the way I ordered it delivery is always fast and no complaining here willing to give this filial 5 stars
